I got the yarn on sale for $3.75 per skein so that's really good. Plus the yarn comes with reinforcing thread to add to the heels and toes if you so desire. I tried it for the first time and it definitely makes the heels sturdier. I don't wear wool socks a lot but these will be for snow season.
