New Socks

The latest pair of socks were finished last night!! I'm on a roll and just staying the course. These are the May mystery socks , now called Artichoke socks by Janel Laidman.

not so optimal lighting but they'll do for now.

This is the first time using beads with socks and I really like how they turned out. Only 24 beads per sock made this easy and manageable although the foot shaping was different than usual, I have the Ravelry knitters for support. :)

Have to get a close up of the beaded flower soon.

I made the socks per the pattern so the leg is shorter than I usually knit but still very cute. I also made the socks smaller probably like a size 7-8 to go into my Christmas gift giving pile. :)
